What is the check-in and check-out time?
Standard check-in time is at 2:00PM while standard check-out time is at 12:00PM.
Are early check-in and late check-out options available?
Early check-in and late check-out may be requested but is subject to availability. Additional charges may apply.
Do you offer airport transfers or transportation services?
We do offer an airport transfer service and a city service.
Airport service (Hotel to airport and vice versa): Php 500.00 per way
City service (Hotel to Dumaguete areas and vice versa): Php 600 per way
Is parking available at the hotel?
Yes, we do have parking slots available in front of the hotel. We also have additional parking slots immediately outside the hotel.
Are pets allowed at UNWND Boutique Hotels?
Yes, we are a pet-friendly hotel! Small to medium-sized pets are welcome for a pet surcharge of Php 1,500.
Please note that all pet owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets. Additional cleaning services can be requested for PHP 1,000 per service.
What is your cancellation policy?
For cancellations:
- All cancellations and modifications must be requested in writing via email to reservations.dumaguete@unwndstays.com or by calling +632 996 275 1572.
- Reservations canceled 15 days or more before the scheduled arrival date will incur no penalty. Any deposits paid will be fully refunded.
- If a reservation is canceled within 14 days or less before the scheduled arrival date, the deposit paid is non-refundable.
- In the event of a no-show or early departure, the reservation will be subject to a full room night charge for the entire reserved stay.
For refunds:
- For credit cards, the refund will be credited back within 14 to 30 business days, depending on the issuing bank. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used for the reservation.
- For reservations made through third-party online travel agencies (OTAs), the cancellation and modification policies of the respective platforms will apply. Please refer to the specific terms and conditions provided by the OTA at the time of booking.

Is breakfast included in the room rate?
Yes, our standard room rates already include complimentary breakfast.
Does UNWND Boutique Hotel accommodate dietary restrictions?
We are happy to assist you with any dietary requirements. You may inform the Reservations team when booking or approach the Front Office upon check-in.

Is UNWND suitable for families?
Of course! We are happy to welcome your families to UNWND. Please note our extra person charges based on the age of the children:
- Infants and Toddlers (ages 0-5): Free of charge
- Children (ages 6-11): Php 600 per night inclusive of daily kids’ breakfast
- Adults (ages 12 and above): Guests aged 12 and above are considered adults and will be charged the full extra person rate of Php 1,200 per night inclusive of daily breakfast.
Extra beds may be requested and are available in select rooms only.

Deposit Policy
- 1-night stay: A deposit of 100% of the total stay amount is required to reserve a room.
- 2 or more nights: A 50% deposit is required to secure the reservation, with the remaining balance due upon arrival.
